General donation funds are used for various administrative costs(e.g. legal fees, website costs, phone, etc.), to support GCUE members from less developed regions to attend GCUE related events and to support specific projects based on recommendations from the Executive Council.
GCUE has no paid employees, all administrative work is done on a volunteer basis.

Vincent Shieh Scholarship Fund
GCUE has set up a Scholarship Fund in memory of Dr. Vincent Shieh who passed away unexpectedly in June 2022. The Fund will support GCUE community members to participate in GCUE sponsored activities.
